Has clean rooms, good room service, no staff pushy on anything, decent location between Dallas and Arlington areas, a decent complimentary breakfast. Only thing is if you are a light sleeper, reconsider, dogs are allowed. personally I love dogs so don't mind the occasional barking at all, and kids got laughs out of it
Wonderful customer service here. I flew in and missed the last shuttle of the day, which is no big deal, but the front desk lady kindly apologized and offered to refund me my Lyft ride. I refused her offer, but she still gave me a free water and a late check out. Bed and pillows were comfy. All staff interactions were so pleasant and inviting.
Super convenient to down town and old town without the price tag, parking fees, and having to pay for breakfast at swanky downtown locations. Very clean! Staff is friendly and helpful. Bed is comfy with a variety of pillows. There are some poor reviews out there, we didn't find any of it to be true. Some people are just never happy.
Hotel rooms were very clean and the hotel itself was well kept. Customer service and housekeeping were great. The location felt safe, and there’s a cute little bistro around the corner that’s perfect for breakfast. Definitely recommend!
Location is great if you have a procedure at the hospital. Five mins away hospital. Hotel was quite and very convenient. Nice warm breakfast. The only bad thing which is not the hotel’s fault restaurants and food areas are 15 to 20 minutes away other than that everything was perfect
Not quite what we expected. When we walked into the room, there was a slight musty smell. We had two rooms, and one of the AC units wasn’t working properly. The restroom had a loose toilet seat and a shower faucet that needed attention. The pillows seemed a bit worn, and part of the flooring was missing. We understand it’s not a new hotel, but a little maintenance would really help. Overall, the stay could have been more comfortable.
I saw all those terrible reviews. But for $125 a night, last minute due to canceled flight, I'm a happy camper. Hotel does need some updating and repairs. But it was clean. No bedbugs, I checked. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was standard with eggs, sausage patties, bagels, bread, cereal, waffles, bread, juice, coffee, yogurt, and probably something else I missed. I'd stay here again. FYI airport transport is not everyday or consistent, so plan ahaead. Oh and I didn't smell any musty smell. But I did smell the Lord's lettuce.
I always stay here, I have had minimal complaints, but this last visit may have me changing hotel. There is always a bad smell, twice while I was dressing and in bathroom housekeeping walked in without knocking. When I reported to desk, I didn't get the response I expected. I never eat the breakfast it is horrible. This location is not that old, it shouldn't have problems as such. Maybe it's time for us to say goodbye.
